Digital downloads (Payhip)
Our printable sheets and bundles are delivered instantly: after payment, Payhip emails you a secure download link. There's nothing to post — you print at home.
Refunds on downloads
Because digital products are delivered immediately and can't be returned, please choose carefully. Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, the normal 14-day right to cancel does not apply once a download has begun with your consent. That said, if a file is faulty, won't open, or isn't as described, contact us within 14 days at GingerAlf.Publications@gmail.com and we'll fix it or refund it. Nothing here affects your statutory rights.

If offered, our paperback is sold and shipped by Amazon, whose own delivery and returns policy applies.
